Anything I can do to improve it? Anything in particular you'd like me to do? Have I made any glaring errors? Please note that fields marked with a * are required. Please also note that I realise the font size gets bigger and bigger as you go down the form when using Netscape. There is nothing wrong with the html, and I've been over it many times, I just think Netscape has a problem with paragraph tags in forms. Any html gurus out there are welcome to take a look.
